Change or add details of your Uber partner account

How do I change my account password?

ON THE UBER PARTNER APP OR PARTNERS.UBER.COM:

  1. Go to log-in screen
  2. Input e-mail and select 'FORGOT PASSWORD'
  3. A password reset link should be sent to your e-mail

ON ANY BROWSER:

  1. Go to login.uber.com/forgot-password
  2. Input your e-mail
  3. Select 'RESET PASSWORD'
  4. A password reset link should be sent to your e-mail

How do I change my e-mail or mobile number?

ON PARTNERS.UBER.COM:

  1. Log-in to your account
  2. Click on your name on the upper right hand side of the screen
  3. Update the necessary fields
  4. Click 'UPDATE'

How can I change my operator?

ON HELP.UBER.COM:

  1. On the left-hand side, select the 'FOR PARTNERS' and click the 'ACCOUNT' icon
  2. Select the 'REMOVE ME FROM MY PARTNER' option under 'MANAGING DRIVERS AND FLEET PARTNERS'
  3. Sign into your account and we will contact you within 24 hours

*All partner change requests between Tuesday and Monday will be made effective on the following/next Tuesday.

How do I update or upload documents?

OH THE UBER PARTNER APP:

  1. Open your Uber Partner app
  2. Go to the 'ACCOUNT' tab
  3. Tap on 'DOCUMENTS'
  4. Take a photo* of your documents and upload the documents within their respective fields

*Take clear photos of your documents and make sure the whole document is captured

How do I add a new vehicle*?

ON PARTNERS.UBER.COM:

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click on 'VEHICLES'
  3. Click on 'ADD VEHICLE'
  4. Fill in the necessary details about your vehicle and click on ‘ADD VEHICLE’
  5. Next to the vehicle you just added, click on ‘FINISH UPLOADING VEHICLES’
  6. Upload the necessary documents to their respective fields.**

*Only partners can add vehicles. Drivers under partners should ask assistance from their partners to add vehicle.

How do I add a driver under my account*?

ON PARTNERS.UBER.COM

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click on the box on the upper left-hand side of the screen
  3. Click 'FLEET'
  4. Click 'ADD NEW DRIVER'
  5. Fill in the necessary details of your driver and click on 'SUBMIT'
  6. Upload your driver's document by doing the following:
    • Click on his name
    • Click on 'MANAGE DOCUMENTS'
    • Upload the necessary documents in their respective fields**

*Only partners can add drivers. Drivers who wish to be added under a partner should coordinate with the partner they want to be added to.

How to change my status from partner to driver and vice versa?

AT GREEN LIGHT HUB:

For driver requesting to become a partner: 

  1. Make sure you have a bank account listed in the list of 
  2. They would need a bank account from a bank this included on the list of partner banks and they need to have a vehicle to be enrolled under their account

For partner requesting to become driver-only:

They would need a professional driver's license and NBI clearance
